The building’s lobby and reception is being opened up, with more windows and higher ceilings for a more welcoming arrival. The addition of an open-to-all coffee shop and outdoor seating will foster a sense of community and create a buzz throughout the day. A new, alternative building entrance offers is an opportunity for a multi-floor tenant to create a private reception area.
